Bridging the Gap in Petroleum Education
PetSim was born from a critical need in petroleum engineering education—students were graduating with strong theoretical knowledge but limited practical exposure to drilling operations. We created a solution that transforms abstract concepts into tangible, interactive experiences.
Why PetSim?
Traditional petroleum engineering education relies heavily on textbooks and 2D diagrams. Real rig access is expensive, dangerous, and often impractical for students. PetSim provides a safe, cost-effective virtual environment where learners can explore, make mistakes, and truly understand drilling operations before stepping onto an actual rig.
